ON A PERSONAL NOTE

Making it a point to drink more liquids.  I notice I have been drinking maybe four cups of liquid a day and definitely not just water.  I may have juice in the morning, a soda for lunch and a soda for dinner.  I am going to make a conscious effort to drink six to eight cups of something a day and not soda.  I am showing signs of dehydration and I don't need to be sick, especially during the summer.
