THERE HAVE TO BE NAMES FOR THIS

I guess it all falls under "writer's block", but it is annoying.  There has to be a term for:

1.  Not being able to mix work energy with creative energy (not being able to write after working a 9-5 job).

2.  Having the words to write in your head and having them leave when you sit down to the computer or put a pen in your hand.
